Unfortunately I'm back at work and can't hold him all day but little moments like this, caught in the morning before I rode to work, are able to sustain me throughout the day.

Rinji's First Days

The next wedding dance craze.

The girls are now pretty much full grown. We let them out into the yard each morning before they go back into their pen for the rest of the day. During the first day we set out their old waterer to entice them out. Of course they immediately started dumping out the water and making their own mud-holes. One of them was so happy she started doing this little two-step. The chicken dance ain't got nothin' on this new dance craze!

Gaining a following

The girls are now used to spending their days outdoors. They spent the past week getting used to their run and receiving visitors. Esperanza, grandma and grandpa Shimo, and gung-gung D were introduced to the incredible cuteness of the ducks in their tub. Here's a taste...

First Swim

We're slowly working towards leaving the girls out full time now. This little swimming tub will hopefully make the transition outdoors a little more palatable. They were pretty awkward at first, but they soon took to it like ducks to... well you know.
